Here’s a simple and manageable plan to read the Bible in one year. It breaks down the Bible into daily readings, alternating between the Old and New Testaments, with a Psalms or Proverbs portion each day to keep things balanced and encouraging. You’ll read about 3–4 chapters a day.

Notes on the Plan:
- Psalms/Proverbs: These are spread out throughout the year to offer daily encouragement and wisdom.
- Flexibility: Feel free to adjust the readings if you prefer to focus on one book at a time. If you fall behind, don’t worry—catch up gradually by reading an extra chapter or two on the weekends.
By reading in this structure, you’ll move through the narrative of Scripture while gaining spiritual insight and practical wisdom from Psalms and Proverbs. At the end of the year, you’ll have a well-rounded experience of God’s Word!
